Empties!

Lets go through my trash!!!
I have a weird addiction to empties posts. They are one of my favourite posts to read, yet I’ve never actually made one myself, so a little bit back I decided to start keeping my empty products and I think I now have enough to make a decent empties post. I plan on making an empties post every month or two, depending on how fast I finish products.
I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoy reading everyone else’s.

Bristows Ultra Hold hairspray
This is my go to hairspray because it does exactly what I want a hairspray to do. Holds my hair in place without making it look like cardboard. And it’s cheap.

L’oreal Elvive Fibrology shampoo and conditioner
I do really enjoy using this shampoo and conditioner and it has been my favourite for a while now, I already have another set on the go. I like that it does actually thicken my hair and smells lovely, however lately my hair has been getting greasy so fast and I don’t know if it could be because of these. Next time I buy, I think I’ll try something else to see if my hair improves.
Repurchase? Undecided.

Alberto Balsam Mandarin & Papaya shampoo and conditioner
I bought this because it was cheap and orangey smells are one of my favourites. It did the job but I won’t be rushing out to buy it.
Repurchase? Maybe in the future.

Superdrug hairspray
I got this hairspray before I went away to Malta in November because I needed a travel size and this was what I found. Honestly this hairspray was rubbish, it just didn’t hold my hair in place at all. I may as well have not wore any.
Repurchase? No.

The Body Shop Smoky Rose shower gel
I ADORED the musky rose scent to this, I actually have a matching miniature spray too. Unfortunately this shower gel didn’t lather up too well on my skin which is such a shame.
Repurchase? No.

Soap & Glory Clean on me
I never seem to buy myself Soap & Glory products, but I do really love to receive them as gifts at Christmas time. I enjoyed using this.
Repurchase? Maybe.

Radox feel rejuvenated shower cream
I bought this for the scent really. I usually go for shower gel’s as apposed to creams but this was lovely and I feel super clean after using it. I am a fan of the Radox shower products.
Repurchase? When I’ve got through all the other shower gels I have.

Original Source Mango shower gel
This genuinely smells like fresh mango, which is amazing. I love Original Source for the fact it’s completely natural. This lathers up really well and leaves me feeling clean which is all I want from a shower gel. I already have the lemon scented one lined up to use.
Repurchase? Yes eventually.

Clean & Clear exfoliating daily wash oil-free
GOD knows why I EVER bought this. I found this half empty in one of my draws and had terrible flash backs. This is too harsh for every day use, makes my skin feel tight and it makes me go red. Buying an oil-free product when I was dry skin was a stupid idea anyway and that’s probably why I hated it so much. Although this isn’t strictly empty, I’m done with it.
Repurchase? Never.

L’oreal Infallible primer
This is my go to primer as it creates a smooth base for my foundation. I have thought about trying other primers, purely because I’ve only ever tried two. This and the Benefit Porefessional which unfortunately didn’t suit my skin. Maybe I’ll try a new one next time I’m ready to buy (I already have another on the go), or maybe not.
Repurchase? Undecided.

Rimmel Wake me up concealer
I love using this concealer when I don’t want anything TOO full coverage. It has enough coverage to mostly hide my under eye circles and definitely makes me look much more awake. It’s creamy and blendable. I recommend trying it for sure.
Repurchase? Already have.

Vaseline Rosy Lips
I can’t believe I finished a whole tin of Vaseline!! I usually lose them before I empty them. I’m sure we’ve all tried Vaseline and probably have a tin of it somewhere on the bed side table or in a bag. The rosy lips one is nice to add a bit of colour too.
Repurchase? I’ve got the green one.

Rimmel Waterproof Liquid eyeliner
Love this eyeliner much more than any high end one I’ve tried. It’s super black, stays put and is relatively easy to use.
Repurchase? Already have.

Johnson’s Makeup Be Gone face wipes x2
These are my favourite makeup wipes. They aren’t drying at all, instead they actually leave your face feeling quite moist. I like to use these to take off the bulk of my makeup when I have a full face and then I go in with the Nivea Micellar water to take off the rest.
Repurchase? I’m fully stocked up!

Nivea Soft moisturiser
I’ve spoke about this enough of my blog for you to know I love it a lot. My face feels really smooth afterwards and also quite plump. I like to buy it in this little tube rather a pot because it’s more hygienic. If you want to read my full review on this, you can do so here.
Repurchase? Yes.

Nivea Micellar water for dry skin x2
This gets off every tiny bit of makeup and leaves me skin feeling very fresh. I go through it quite quick because I use it every day to take off makeup and I also use it after a shower / after my face care routine to remove any residue from shampoo etc. This is my Micellar water of choice because I really like Nivea products so I went for this one.
Repurchase? Already have.

Lacura cotton pads
I picked these up in a multipack from Aldi because I saw them while doing a food shop and couldn’t say no to the price. These cotton pads were actually very impressive as they didn’t fleece up when I applied Micellar water to them so I didn’t get left over cotton fluff on my face.
Repurchase? Yes.

That’s it! Have you had any of these things before? Let me know what you thought of them in the comments. Hope you enjoyed my empties.

Jazmin xx
