It’s that time again!
Here’s what I’ve been loving in July.
Rimmel Brow This Way brow gel
Before now, I hadn’t ever tried a brow gel.. even though a lot of the Youtuber’s I watch say how much brow gel can change your brow game, I just didn’t feel like I needed it! But I decided to pick this Rimmel one up when Superdrug had a 3 for 2 offer on across all the makeup brands in store. I’ve been using it every time I’ve done my makeup since (on top of ABH dip brow pomade)! It makes my brows look much more natural as it coats the hairs and it also keeps them in place without the risk of smudging. I’m super impressed with this so it HAD to feature in my favourites this month.
Bourjois CC Cream (review)
I won’t talk TOO much about this product since I have posted a full review of it quite recently which I’ve linked above. However, I just have to mention it again because this is seriously the best foundation alternative ever. The coverage is perfect and the dewy finish is beautiful. I’m pretty sure I have seen an improvement in my skin too since getting this because it means I don’t wear a heavy foundation in the days anymore. For such an affordable price, you cannot go wrong.
Zoella Gelat’eau body mist
I received a couple of the new Zoella range as a gift from my boyfriend on the day of release in the UK. You’ve most likely seen a lot of reviews on the range so far as everyone is hyping it up! I do ADORE the scent though and have been spritzing this mist on me every day. The scent of elderflower and pomegranate really reminds me of something from my childhood which I just can’t place but wish I could! I feel that this particular Zoella body list lasts much longer on me than the other body mists she has brought out, so that’s a bonus.
Pineapple Project Book
I’ve FINALLY got a proper project book! I’ve always had a big notepad where I note down ideas etc for my blog but I picked up this pretty green project book so that I could be properly organised with labelled sections. I honestly feel like having something like this is really motivating. I’m upping my blogging game and I’ve been really loving doing so this month.
Maybelline Vivid Hot Lacquer ‘Unreal’
This is another product I picked up on Superdrug’s 3 for 2 offer. The dark nude colour is really beautiful and I feel like it would flatter so many skin tones. I’ve been edging towards non-matte lip products this month because my lips have been kind of dry and needed a break. This lasts really long and is moisturising too, what more could I want?
Sanctuary Spa Moisture Burst facial wash (review)
Again, since this is something I’ve already reviewed recently I won’t go into too much detail. All’s you need to know is that this gel face wash is soothing and luxurious and cleans my face perfectly.
That’s it! What have you been loving this month?
