I’ve had this palette and been using it for a while now and I think it’s about time I posted a full review on it here on my blog!
The Bronzed Mocha palette came out at the same time as the Copper Spice palette, you could say they were sort of ‘twins’.
Although both palettes are technically Limited Edition, they are available once again on the Morphe website so you can get your hands on the Bronzed Mocha here and the Copper Spice here both for $17.99 each.
This palette was my first experience of Morphe shadows so I didn’t know what to expect. I have heard good things about them though, especially considering they are really affordable and accessible in many countries. If I remember correctly, this palette cost me £19 from Beauty Bay (since I am in the UK).
The packaging is very simple. Nothing fancy! I think this is a good thing as it helps keep the price down. The plastic lid is see through so you can see all the pretty shades. I like to keep mine on display for this reason.
For your money you get 25 gorgeous shadows. The top two and bottom two rows are all mattes (other than one shade on the fourth row) and the middle row are shimmers! I think that the palette it definitely worth the money.
The mattes are easy to blend, VERY pigmented and typically not patchy. You need to be a little more careful with the darker shadows, adding a little bit at time, otherwise they can go a bit patchy. But if you are careful then it’s no problem at all. There is little to no fall out.
The shimmers are some of the best I’ve used! I like to use my finger to pack them on as it provides the most pigment and shimmer.
None of the shades feel chalky or powdery, they all are smooth and feel very high quality.
