Primark Velvet Matte Lipstick Crayon Review & Swatches

Hey everyone,

You’ve probably seen the hype over the Primark beauty range that’s been gracing the internet recently (actually for ages now…). As always, I am behind the trend. However, I recently went into my local Primark and FINALLY got my hands on three of the velvet matte lip crayons. I put a poll on twitter asking if people would be interested to see a review on them and everyone seemed to want one.

As I mentioned, I picked up three colours. These were: Ballerina, Super Nude and Dulce De Leche. All three of these are quite neutral nude colours which are easy to wear! However, the range is store is pretty diverse and there really is something for everyone. And the best part is they are only ยฃ2!!

The packaging is nice. Nothing too crazy – what can we expect for ยฃ2?

Review
Wow! I am so so impressed with the quality of these lip crayons. They are super creamy and glide on very easily. They’re pigmented and look so pretty on the lips as they are a satin matte finish which will not dry out your lips and leave them looking crusty..
They last a fairly long time and only seem to come off when eating – it’s so easy to reapply though and at the price I cannot complain.

I would seriously suggest popping into your local Primark and getting your hands on some of these crayons. They’re becoming some of my all time faves.

Have you tried these lip crayons? What do you think about them? Let me know in the comments below!
