It’s finally favourites time again!! I feel like August has actually gone by sooo slowly.. I’m so ready for autumn now.. hurry please! Here are the things I was loving in August.
Zoella Cream Body Scrub
I purchased this pretty much as soon as it came out not long back. I’ve been using it quite a lot this month and absolutely been loving it. It smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling super soft. It also contains the perfect amount of scrubbys in it, meaning it’s not too harsh or too gentle. What more can I ask for from a scrub?
Primark Velvet Lip Crayons
If you read my recent review of these you won’t be surprised to see them featuring on my monthly favourites. They are creamy, pigmented, comfortable to wear, easy to apply and beautiful. And only £2!!! If you haven’t tried these already, give them a go. They’re all I’ve been wearing on my lips this month.
L’oreal Blemish Rescue Clay Mask
The L’oreal clay masks are some of my all time favourites. They really work for my skin and are affordable and easy to use. I recently picked up one of the newer ones, the blemish rescue mask. I have been loving how it’s left my skin! It truly does help with those breakouts. Review on this coming soon!
Right Guard Shower + Oils Womens shower gel
It sounds silly to say about a shower gel, but all month I’ve been waiting to talk about this product on my favourites. I absolutely love it!!! The addition of oils in the gel mean my skin is always super smooth and hydrated after I use this, unlike the effect many other gels have on my naturally dry skin. It smells incredible too with notes of Jasmine which is one of my favourite scents. I’ll definitely be repurchasing this.
Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer
For me this is an oldie but a goodie. I love wearing this when I am going for a minimal makeup look as the coverage is only about medium. I heard some people saying they hate this concealer on twitter so I had to include this on my favourites because I feel it’s getting a bad rep when it really shouldn’t! It isn’t cakey, it doesn’t crease very much and it looks light on the skin making my under eyes look hydrated. If you want a concealer that isn’t full coverage, I really do recommend this one.
Lush Passion Fruit lip balm
I have had this lip balm for so long now and I always come back to it – like I have this month. It smells so good and moisturises my lips perfectly. And it’s all natural! I’ve been putting this on multiple times a day this month and been LOVING it.
That’s all! I hope you enjoyed my favourites this month! What have you been using a lot of this month?
