The Best Personalised Christmas Cards & Invites with Basic Invite!

Hi everyone!
Recently, Basic Invite reached out to me to ask me if I would like to work with them*. They asked me to create an honest review of their company and in particular the holiday cards & invites. After taking a look at their website, I was very impressed and of course agreed to create a review!
Basic Invite are an American company, but they offer international shipping (yay!)

Why Basic Invite appealed to me
They have over 400 unique Christmas card designs, so you will definitely be able to find something which appeals to you. You can choose from almost unlimited colours when designing your cards, and better still – you get to see instant previews of your cards with your chosen colours! I think this is a HUGE bonus which Basic Invite offers and something I haven’t found before when looking to design cards online.
Many of the holiday card designs also have foil options in gold, silver and rose gold, all of which look extremely pretty! The colour range doesn’t stop there, you can also choose from over 40 different colours of envelopes for your cards/invites (Which excited me a lot… in shops basically all Christmas envelopes are red or white.. what is with that!?)
Once your card/invite is completely designed, Basic Invite allow you to order a printed sample of your product which means you can see in person how it looks and feels before placing your final order. They are one of the few websites which offer this service and I think it is SO useful to check out the completed product to see if you are 100% happy with it.

Colour selection
Another factor that impressed me with Basic Invite is the address capturing service that they offer. You can share a link on their social media accounts requesting family/friends addresses which will be stored on your Basic Invite account and can be selected when designing your cards for your envelopes (this is at no extra cost too!)
I think it’s fair to say that Basic Invite has so many unique factors which really appealed to me and I for SURE will be using this service when I need to create invites for my birthday do next year.

My cards & invites!
Basic Invite kindly allowed me to design some cards and sent them to me! Designing them was a lot of fun, not only did I get to pick my own design, chose my own colours and add my own shots (as you can see from these blog pictures) – I also got to choose what type of card I wanted (matte finish, smooth coated, shimmer, luxe velvet or double thick matte) and what shape I wanted that card to be (square, rounded, bracket or ticket). It is unbelievable just how many options Basic Invite offer.
I have to say, when my cards arrived I was very impressed. The quality is absolutely beautiful. I have added lots of pictures of my cards so you can see for yourself! (How adorable is my pretty cat Coco on my card?!)
One thing to note is that you write on the back of the card, they are not your typical cards which opens and you write on the inside.
I was seriously blown away with the invite I ordered, the quality is just amazing. Super thick card which won’t damage or bend. I think this is perfect for an invite and if you’re hosting an event any time soon, I would 100% recommend you choose Basic Invite.
