Winter Morning Skin Care Routine

Hey everyone,

It’s been quite a while since I last updated you all on my current skin care routine, so I thought I would make a post today outlining what products I’ve been using on my skin!

Winter skin care 1

Step one: The first product I use on my skin in the mornings is the Sanctuary Spa Cleanse moisture burst facial wash (wow, what a mouthful of a name). I love this face wash as it doesn’t dry my skin out at all. It is a gel like formula and has jojoba and almond oil beads in it.

Step two: Next I use the Nivea Gentle Exfoliating Scrub. Since my skin has been pretty dry this winter in patches, I do use this scrub about every other day. It is perhaps a little TOO harsh for every day use. I love this one as it leaves my skin feeling very fresh and smooth.

Step three: I have been using The Body Shop Seaweed toner recently on my skin. I put a little on a cotton pad and swipe around my face. I have been loving this toner as it has been evening on my skin tone. A friend gave me this as she had a reaction to it. I’ll definitely be re-purchasing! (I’ll post a full review on this at some point).

Step four: Finally, I apply my trusty Nivea Soft moisturiser all over my face. If you’ve been following me for a while, you probably already know my love for this moisturiser. It’s fair to say my love is still going strong!

And that’s it! I think four products in a morning is just the right amount as I don’t want too OVER complicate the routine. My skin has been really loving these products! Let me know in the comments below if you have tried any of these and what your thoughts on them are.

Jazmin xx
