Makeup Look Featuring Makeup Revolution Re-Loaded Newtrals 3 Palette

Hey guys!

I recently purchased the Makeup Revolution Re-Loaded Newtrals 3 eye-shadow palette from Superdrug. The warm colours just really called to me and for £4 I couldn’t leave it behind. I have been playing with it a little bit since and I wanted to share one of the looks I created using it!

Step One – Base: For my base I used NYX Honey Dew Me Up Primer (£15), then I went straight in with my long time favourite foundation; Estee Lauder Double Wear (£33.50). I blended this using the Real Techniques buffer brush. I haven’t used this foundation in quite a while and I still absolutely adore it.

Step Two – Eyes: I first did my eyebrows using the ABH Dipbrow pomade (£19) as always. For this I used a Morphe small angled brush. Next I went in with the Revolution Conceal & Define concealer (£4) all over my lid with a Morphe s4 brush. With a Morphe s27 brush,  I set this with a cream coloured eye shadow from a Zoeva palette. I then went into the Makeup Revolution Newtrals 3 palette (£4). With the same brush, I applied the pale pink shade (1st on 1st row) all through my crease. Next on a Morphe s21 brush I took the palest purple shade (1st on 2nd row) and applied this on top of the pink shade, and also brought it down to the outer v of my lid too. Next, on the same brush, I took the brighter purple shade (4th on 1st row) and applied it on the outer v of my lid too. I then used the dark purple shade (5th on 2nd row) and using a Morphe s12 brush I applied a little of this very precisely on the very outer edge of my eyelid.
Once all this was blended I took a small flat brush – the Morphe s30 and half cut my crease with the Makeup Revolution concealer I used earlier. I used the lightest highlighter from the Makeup Revolution x Soph highlighter palette (£8) and applied it on top of the concealed area using my finger.
I used the Soap & Glory Supercat liner (£6.50) to create a wing, then added the MyLeah eyelashes! With a pencil brush, I blended a mixture of the purple shades from the palette I used earlier on my lower lash line, then I used Mac In Extreme Dimension 3D Mascara (£20) on my lower lashes.

Step three – Face: With a Morphe s4, I used the Makeup Revolution Conceal & Define concealer under my eyes, down my nose, on my chin and on the centre of my forehead. I set my entire face with Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder (£3.99) – for this I used a Morphe s15 brush. Next I used the Zoeva Contour Spectrum Palette (£15) to contour and bronze, I used a Morphe s13. I added some Rimmel Lasting Finish Blush (£3.99) in the shade Santa Rose on a Real Techniques contour brush. Using the highlighter palette mentioned earlier, I used the palest shade (as on my eyes) onto the top of my cheek bones, my cupids bow, the tip of my nose and on my brow bone. Finally I used a nude Primark lipstick, then added Bare Minerals Moxie Lipgloss in the shade Dreamer on top ($18).

That’s the completed look, what do you think?- I must say I have been impressed with this eyeshadow palette, specially for the price! If you would be interested in a full review with swatches, please let me know in the comments below.

Thanks for stopping by!

Jazmin xx

Absolutely gorgeous! Just ordered the palette as I’ve had to use up my superdrug points. Was a bit unsure about it but you’ve convinced me otherwise! Emily
