Benefit Brow Zings Eyebrow Kit | Review

Hi everyone,

How are you all doing? I hope you’ve had a fab bank holiday weekend so far. I’m working bank holiday Monday but I don’t mind too much since my boyfriend is going to watch the Championship playoff final at Wembley to support Derby. At least work gives me something to do! For today’s post I wanted to review the Benefit Brow Zings palette. It took me a long time to find something to compete with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade, but this little palette has sorta taken it’s place in my collection!

Overview
The Brow Zings palette consists of powder, wax, a little double ended brush and some tweezers – it will cost you £27.

Benefit claim that this kit is everything you need to tame & shape the brows. It comes in 6 different shades to suit every brow and it will give you 12 hours wear.
I personally got the shade 5 as I like my brows to be on the darker side.

Benefit say ‘Remove stray hairs with mini slant tweezers… apply soft pigmented wax to brows with the angled brush to create shape & definition… use blending brush to apply brow setting powder.’

Review
As you can tell I love this little kit! £27 may seem like quite a lot, but it’s going to last me a long time & brows is something that I don’t minding spending more than drugstore prices on.
Benefit recommend you to use the wax first, then the powder. But I’ve been using the powder first to map out my brows, then the wax, then a little more powder. I only use the angled side of the brush, but I think it’s really good. It’s super small & ideal for detail.
I haven’t used the tweezers, I have other tweezers that I love, but if you are going to carry this around with you then they would come in handy! I can see myself using them on holiday.
The powder & wax are both really pigmented and easy to use. You only need to dip into them a little to get great colour payoff.
My brows last all day when I use this & I haven’t had them smudge at all! With some cheaper powders I find that they smudge easily, so I’ve been really impressed with the lasting power of this one.
It takes me a little longer to do my brows with Brow Zings than it does it the ABH pomade, but I do manage to achieve a more perfect brow.

Overall I love this little brow palette, and I’d definitely recommend giving it a go.

Have you tried this one? What’s your go to brow products? Let me know in the comments below.

I have similar product like this from Catrice that I use on daily basis. I feel like powders looks so natural in brows, they are my favorite brow products definitely. Your brows look great with this product. Lovely review. xx
