June Favourites 2019

Hi everyone!

I’m back from a lovely week in Wroclaw, Poland & I’m now ready to get back on that blogging / work grind. It was a much needed break! Today I want to share my June Favourites with you. I have discovered some new things this month & also fallen back in love with some things too. If you’re interested to see what I’ve been reaching for this June then keep reading.

Sanctuary Spa Coconut Face Mask
I picked this up at East Midlands Designer Outlet a few weeks back & I managed to get it cheaper as I got it from a discount shop. I can’t actually find this mask online on any major retailers which leads me to believe it may have been discontinued? I hope not! This jelly mask gives my skin a lot of extra moisture! It feels really cooling on the face. You can use this as a leave on mask, but I prefer to rinse it off after 10 minutes. To be honest, this mask doesn’t smell great, & I definitely don’t get a coconut scent from it – but since it does my skin a lot of good I don’t mind the smell.

Revolution Superfruit Extract Serum/Primer
I started to use this pretty much every day again in June & I also took it on holiday with me. I love to use this as a base for makeup. It allows my foundation to go on smoother & it helps to keep my skin hydrated at the same time. It smells incredible of vanilla & soaks into the skin fast. Its the perfect primer for my dry skin.

Jo Malone Blackberry & Bay Cologne
We all know Jo Malone has some of the nicest perfumes right? That’s why they are a litttleeee pricey. I got this Blackberry & Bay 30ml cologne at Christmas time & I’ve had it on my shelf staring at me since, barely getting touched. But lately I decided I may as well just start using it. I absolutely love this scent for the Summer time, its not too sweet but it definitely has a sweetness to it, but it also had a woodsy depth there which is just amazing. If you’re looking for a new high quality scent, check this one out.

Lush Mint Julips Lip Scrub
Lush lip scrub is a classic & I haven’t had any in my collection for ages as my bubblegum one went missing. I popped into store a couple weeks back to re stock! I went for Mint Julips this time as something too sweet isn’t for me. I love mint so this is perfect. I love how scrubby but natural the Lush scrubs are so I’d definitely recommend.

Phoera Foundation in Nude
I ordered this for about £3 off Amazon quite a while ago after watching a video from SophDoesNails on Youtube. I thought I may as well give it a go since it’s so cheap & I’m glad I did. I love how thick this formula is, and how much coverage it provides. It is quite a heavy foundation which is why I’ve been mixing it with the L’oreal Fresh Wear. the shade is a little deep for me, but mixed with a lighter one it’s absolutely fine, plus I have a little tan now. I’ll be picking this up again to use for when I just want that bit more coverage.

Clinique Moisture Surge Eye 96-Hour Hydro Filler
This eye gel has been a bit of a life saver. My under eye area is naturally very creased & my skin was getting dryer & dryer with the sun we’ve been having which made my eyes even worse than normal. I’ll be honest, the creasing was really getting to me & making me feel kinda self conscious, so my lovely boyfriend surprised me with this Clinique Moisture Surge Eye which I’d been talking about. I’ve been using it for around 3 weeks now & I can 100% see improvements which is amazing! It has plumped up my under eye contour & helped to smooth out the creases. I couldn’t ask for more – this will be in my routine for a long time!

That’s all my favourites for this month. Have you tried any these products? Feel free to leave a comment below.

I am on the search for a new primer, so I think I might check out the Revolution one! Do they sell in online? Or only in store? Thanks

I’m definitely interested in the Clinique eye product! I have sensitive skin so I’m scared to try new products, especially eye products, but I’m in desperate need of a new eye cream so this might be my next purchase!
