Makeup Look Featuring Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Palette

Hi everyone, Hope you’re all having a great Friday & feel ready for the weekend ahead! As usual, I don’t have many weekend plans, but I am going out for a birthday meal tonight for my boyfriends dad’s birthday which will be nice. Today on the blog I want to share with you a makeup look featuring the Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism palette – which is such an amazing palette! If you’re interested to see how I created the look, just keep reading.

Step One – Base:
To prime the skin I used the E.L.F Hydrating Primer (£7.50), which I love to create a smooth hydrating base. For foundation I went in with the NYX Can’t Stop Won’t Stop (£15), I’ve fallen back in love with this one for flawless base. I used the Real Techniques sponge to apply it to the skin.

Step Two – Eyes:
As always I used the Benefit Brow Zings (£27) to do my eyebrows. This is still my favourite & I feel like with brows you don’t change when you find something you love… I applied the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer (£4.19) all over my eyelid to create a smooth base for the shadows. Next I went into the ABH Prism Palette (£46) which is gorgeous! Then on a Morphe s27 brush I applied the shade ‘Unity’ all over my lid. Next on a Morphe m139 I applied the shade ‘Eden’ into the crease of my eyelid. Once I was happy with that, I added some ‘Saturn’ into the crease too, to darken it up a little. On my finger I applied ‘Sphinx’ all over my lid, and a little ‘Eternal’ closer to the inner corner of my eye. I then used the Wet N Wild Proline Felt Tip Liner (£4) to create a small wing. I applied the YSL Volume Effet Faux Cils mascara (£26) & added Eyeronic false lashes in the style ‘Jasmine’ too.

Step Three – Finishing:
I added the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer that I used earlier under my eyes, down my nose, on my chin & on my forehead, then blended it out with the Real Techniques sponge. I set the concealed areas using the Too Faced Born This Way loose powder (£22) on a Real Techniques contour brush. I used Fenty Sun Stalk’r Bronzer in the shade ‘Shady Biz’ (£23) on a Morphe s13 to warm up the face just a little. I didn’t contour this time as I wanted to keep it light. I applied a little Rimmel Blush in ‘Santa Rose’ (Discontinued I think) on a Wet N Wild blush brush. With a Morphe m26 brush, I added some Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess Illuminating Powder in ‘Heatwave’ (£38). Finally I used NYX Sweet Chateau Lip Lingerie in ‘Bottoms Off’ (limited edition).

That’s everything from this look – what do you think? I kind of wished I bronzed up just a little bit more & added some contour powder, but nevermind! Let me know your thoughts below. Have you tried the ABH Prism palette?

Jazmin xx

This palette looks so gorgeous and I’m so in love with the look you came up with! It really matches the liquid lipstick too – NYX lip creams are up there with my fave formulas. I do wish this palette had more mattes, but the metallics do look absolutely stunning. I might have to make a purchase after reading this post x
