October Favourites 2019

Hey everyone, I can’t believe that we’re done with October and it’s already time for another favourites post. We’re getting closer and closer to Christmas as we speak, and I’m sorry if it’s too soon but I’m already excited.
I have a few favourites to share with you this month, so let’s get right into it!

Clinique Cheek Pop in Ginger Pop (£17)
I don’t own a lot of makeup from Clinique, in fact I believe this is the only item of makeup in my collection from them at the minute. However I really love this blush – it is vibrant but very blendable so isn’t too much on the cheeks. I love the natural satin finish, it has a healthy sheen but isn’t shimmery at all. I have been using this one a lot lately and would love to pick up more shades, along with other Clinique bits!

Colourpop x Kathleen Lights Dream St Palette ($16)
I have been reaching for this one daily at the moment so of course it needed to be featured in my October favourites. I also recently did a full review of this palette here on my blog (which you can read here if you’re interested). I love the shade selection for every day use, but it also gives me more than just the standard creams and browns. It’s super easy to quickly throw on a nice look & I’m obsessed currently.

Nude By Nature Satin Liquid Lipstick in Wisteria (£20)
I just mentioned this one in my last post all about favourite lipsticks, but again, I have wore it a lot this past month so I needed to include it in this October favourites post also. I love the shade of this one, it’s nice and rosy, right up my street! It’s long lasting whilst also being pretty comfortable. I definitely would like to try some more shades in this formula.

Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator in Charming Pink ($26)
I can’t find this anywhere on sale in the UK at the moment weirdly. Debenhams did use to stock this so maybe you can still get it in stores. I have had this one for ages, but I recently started to use it again, and I’ve fallen back in love. It isn’t completely blinding and it isn’t shimmery or glittery at all. It is kind of like a glow from within kind of highlighter, but it gives you just a little more than that. It doesn’t emphasise texture at all which is a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend this one!

Essie Apricot Nail & Cuticle Oil (£8.99)
I picked this up after I had acrylic nails which left my real nails absolutely wrecked. I found that this really did help my nails become healthier. Of course, I did other things to help them along, but I just loved applying this! If you’re looking for something affordable that will help give you healthy nails then I do recommend picking this up, so I wanted to feature it in my October favourites.

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser (£27)
I think that this is a lot of peoples favourite cleanser right? I hear about it all the time, so I finally decided to give it a proper go, and it’s not surprising that I’ve also fallen in love with this cleanser. The scent is very reminiscent of a spa & the texture is super creamy and thick which feels indulgent. I like the cloth this comes with, it leaves the skin feeling smooth. I’ve used it every day for a few weeks now and I think my skin feels softer and healthier than it did before, so this one definitely needed to be in my October favourites.

That’s it for my monthly favourites. Have you tried any of these products before? What do you think of them? let me know in the comments below!

Jazmin xx
