Hi everyone, it’s been 2 months since my last empties and since then I’ve definitely collected enough stuff to write up another post! I’ve got a good selection here including makeup, skin care, body care & hair care. If you wanted to check out my previous empties then you can do so HERE. I don’t include things I go through constantly (such as Nivea micellar water, cotton pads, etc) in these posts anymore, as I think by now everyone knows I love them!
Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Lipstick in Latte to go (£6.49)
I haven’t used this one all up, but I really am not a fan of this formula OR shade, so I think it’s time I just bin it, so here it is in my empties post! Firstly, this ‘latte to go’ shade is a really pale nude, and it kind of makes me look a bit like death, and definitely washed out. The lipstick itself just didn’t stay on long or nicely – very quickly it gathered and piled up on the inner parts of my lips, as well as making my lips look super wrinkly. The formula is thick and moussey, it didn’t work in my opinion. It just was not very flattering. This may work for some people, but it just isn’t for me!
Repurchase? No.
L’oreal Infallible 24hr Fresh Wear Foundation (£10.99)
It’s no secret that I love this foundation! I’m really glad I gave this one a go, as I much prefer it to L’oreals other popular foundation – True Match. I have a full review of this one HERE so I won’t go into too much detail, but it is a lovely long wearing medium to full coverage foundation. It truly does leave the skin looking fresh for a long time! It’s breathable and not heavy at all, despite the coverage. If you haven’t tried this one out, I definitely recommend it.
Repurchase? Already have.
Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer (£6.99)
I’ve had this concealer for a long time, and I’ve finally used it up. Rimmel don’t make this exact concealer anymore, but they have released one called ‘Lasing Radiance’, which comes in very similar packaging, to replace this one. I really like this concealer for those no makeup days. I like to wear this one just under the eyes to brighten and concealer a little when I go to the gym. It does not have a lot of coverage, it’s pretty sheer, but it has a nice glow to it which really does help to brighten.
Repurchase? When I have used up more concealers in my collection.
Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer (£4.19)
Who doesn’t love this one? It has featured in MANY of my previous empties posts, because I love this concealer & it is amazing value. It has a great amount of coverage without being drying, and the shade is just right for me. It is pretty lightweight & doesn’t crease too badly (most concealers do crease on me but this one is not one of the worst offenders). At £4.19, this one is definitely worth trying out.
Repurchase? Always.
Primark Nudes Metallic Eye Cream (£2)
I picked this up a while ago and when I first purchased it I really liked it on the lids on its own. It was super easy, quick & creamy. However, it did dry out really fast, and now it isn’t useable at all! It was only £2 so I don’t mind too much, but it will be a skip next time!
Repurchase? No.
Avon True Colour Lipstick in Wine With Everything (£7.50)
I’ve only worn this lipstick once, but I’m throwing it out. The bright pinky red colour is really nice, but I would prefer this kind of shade in a matte finish, as this one did smudge very easily and was difficult to then clean up due to the colour. The formula was comfortable, but it did come off easily whilst also staining the lips in a patchy way. Unfortunately this just isn’t for me.

Avon Mark 2 in 1 Lip Tattoo in Give Me Heat
I can’t find this one online so maybe it has been discontinued. I received this as a gift last Christmas. I love the concept of this one being a felt tip liner & fatter felt tip to fill in the lips. Of course, the formula is very thin and makes sense to call this ‘tattoo’. This was kind of drying though & not only that, the felt tips dried up quickly which is a shame.
Repurchase? No
St. Moriz 5 in 1 Tanning Mousse Medium (£7.99)
I haven’t been using fake tan for very long, and this was one of the first ones I picked up as it is pretty affordable. I like a mousse formula as they seem to go on quite evenly. This one is pretty good. I don’t use it very often, only when I have something planned. My knowledge of these kind of products is therefore pretty limited. But to me, I think this one is good!
Repurchase? I have a different one at the minute, but maybe after that.
Champneys Summer Dream Rewarding Body Souffle (£10)
I’ve finally got through this big tub of body souffle and it’s featuring in my empties. I loved this one a lot & I’m pretty sad it’s all gone. The scent is perfect for spring & summer time (as the name suggests), it has a fresh fruity smell. The formula of this is like a whipped greek yoghurt… weird comparison but it’s the best way to describe it! It soaks in quickly & leaves the skin very soft and hydrated. I love this brand and still have other body creams and butters in my collection.
Repurchase? When I have got through other body creams.
Radox Feel Ready Shower Gel (£1)
I’ve used Radox shower gel many times before & this one is one of my favourites due to the amazing pomegranate & red apple fragrance. It lathers up well and leaves me feeling clean – just like any decent shower gel. It’s really affordable so I’ll continue to pick this one up.
Repurchase? Yes.
Radox Pride Limited Edition Shower Gel (£1)
I picked up this limited edition shower gel because basically I’m a sucker for limited edition stuff. This one was more creamy than the other shower gel’s I’ve used from Radox. I wasn’t a massive fan of the scent of this one, it was okay but it just didn’t do anything for me.
Repurchase? Limited edition.
Joico K-Pak Color Therapy Shampoo Travel Size ($4.99)
I was #gifted this a while back. I think it was a pretty good shampoo that really left my hair feeling clean but not dry. I like that this one is good for coloured hair as I’m hoping it will protect my hair more than a regular shampoo. I think this one might be a little more difficult to find in the UK unfortunately.
Repurchase? Maybe.
Joico K-Pak Color Therapy Luster Lock Shine & Repair Treatment ($21.99 for full size)
I was also #gifted this repair treatment. I really loved this one as it made my hair feel truly silky soft & I didn’t have to leave it on my hair for very long either – so it’s super easy & quick to use. It has a very silicone feel though, which slightly worries me.. I’d be interested to see what a hair expert would say.
Repurchase? Maybe.
Batiste Tropical Dry Shampoo (£2.99)
Who doesn’t need a bit of dry shampoo in their collection? Sometimes, you just don’t have time to wash your hair & you have to rely on dry shampoo. Batiste is a really popular brand and its affordable, so I always go for this one. I would be interested to see how other brands compare, but I just always buy this one.
Repurchase? Yes.
Rituals The Ritual of Ayurveda Foaming Shower Gel Mini (£7.65)
I got this mini shower foam in my Amazon advent calendar last year and I only just got round to using it. I got through this really really fast. The 50ml didn’t go a long way. I did really like this though, it felt super luxurious and the foam was super thick! It’s pretty different to other shower gels I’ve used before and kind of felt like a shaving foam more than a shower gel, which is loved.
Repurchase? If I see it in a store.
Love Beauty and Planet Volume & Bounty Conditioner Mini
I can’t find this online in the UK, but like the Rituals item featured in this empties, I got this one in the Amazon advent calendar last year. I like how thick this conditioner was, it really made my hair feel nice and soft. I like that this brand is vegan and cares about the planet, so I would definitely consider shopping with them.
Repurchase? If I can find it in the UK again.
GlamGlow FlashMud Brightening Treatment Sample Sachet (£44 full size)
I tried this little sachet of the GlamGlow brightening mask and I really loved it! It felt so nice on the skin and made my face feel really fresh and smooth. The scent of this is so nice – it’s fruity and zesty. I would definitely recommend getting a sample to try for yourself. I will consider getting the full size at some point, but it is a little pricey.
Repurchase? Maybe
Garnier SkinActive Moisture Bomb Super Hydrating Soothing Mask (£2.99)
This is one of my fave sheet masks on the market (it’s featured in many empties posts), its so affordable yet so hydrating and refreshing on the skin! It’s absolutely ideal after a big night out, or a terrible night of sleep. It makes you feel instantly more awake! It’s really good if your skin is feeling sensitive or very dry. It gives you back that soft comfortable feeling in the skin. I’d 100% recommend trying this.
Repurchase? Yes.
Sure MotionSense Shower Fresh Deodorant (£3.29)
This is just a basic deodorant and it did the job. I like these fresh kind of scents the best. These aerosol’s last a really long time. I’m currently using a gel deodorant and I don’t think it’s lasting as long as these ones do. But I’ll speak more about that one in my next empties.
Repurchase? Probably.
Clinique Moisture Surge Eye 96hr Hydro Filler (£27.50)
I’ve spoken about this one quite a lot on my blog recently (including a review you can read HERE). It’s such a nice eye cream if you have fine lines and creases under the eye. It smooths out the area nicely and preps it well for makeup once soaked in. If you have troublesome under eyes then I’d recommend trying this out.
Repurchase? Already have.
Skin Chemists Anti-Ageing Caviar Facial Serum (£49)
I was #gifted this by the brand a while back along with a few other bits from the Caviar collection. I really think that the products are excellent quality. I use the facial moisturiser a lot. I also really enjoy this serum – unfortunately I didn’t get to use it very much as I think I might have faulty packaging… the pump is not bringing up any more product no matter how hard I try, and I didn’t it for very long so I can’t see it being completely used up.
Repurchase? I think the packaging has put me off.
Eyeronic Lashes in Moana
I talk about this lash brand a lot on my blog including in my empties, they are my fave! They have stopped making the princess collection of lashes which breaks my heart because I love them. I did bulk buy a lot of pairs before they disappeared, but when they are gone I’m going to have to find new lashes to fall in love with.
Repurchase? I wish.
That’s all for my empties post this time.. wow that was a lot of products. I hope you found this post helpful in some way. Have you tried any of these? Do you want to? Let me know below!

Wow! Thanks for such an informative post. Way to use up each item too! I really want to try the Clinique Moisture Surge Eye 96hr Hydro Filler!

Thanks for reading! Definitely give the Clinique eye cream a try, it’s such a fab one! X
I don’t even know where to start – this was so comprehensive and great – you touched on so many things! I also am not a fan of pale nudes, and I am such a fan of Radox’s bath soaks – maybe I should try their shower gels!

Thank you for reading! Super pale nudes aren’t for me either, I need something with a bit more depth or colour! Deffo try the shower gels x
I love an empties post! I haven’t tried the Wake Me Up concealer but I love the Wake Me Up foundation and I’m holding on to my last bottle now. I still can’t believe they discontinued that range. I think it’s a good idea not to include those everyday products. The number of times that I’ve started collecting things for an empties and gone through several bottles of micellar water is ridiculous. I still haven’t tried the fresh wear foundation, I need to! x

I know! I’m wondering just how similar the range is that replaced it – if I pick up the concealer I’ll let you know! Yeah, I was so sick of talking about the same things & im sure everyone else was sick of reading it haha! Deffo try that foundation it’s perfect x
I love that you shared such affordable products. Rimmel – I love that easy, affordable brand.

I do think it’s a good brand for sure! X
Oh I really want to try L’oreal Infallible, I had it in previous packing and formula. But I’m really interested to see how this new formula works for me. I’m waiting to use up at least one foundation in my current stash to give L’oreal one a go. I want to try that Garnier sheet mask, it seems amazing. xx

Yes I really need to wait to use up a couple more foundations before I try out anything new – so I completely relate!!! It’s an amazing sheet mask, definitely try it if you see it about x
