Hey everyone, how are you all? I’m not going to lie I’ve had a super stressful week so far! So it’s nice to finally sit down and write a review of the Morphe x Jeffree Star Palette. I know this has been released for quite a while now, but I recently got my hands on it so I wanted to write up a review & share some swatches. I also published a makeup look using this palette, so if you want to check that post out then do so here!
This palette will cost you £35 and it contains 30 beautiful shades – some matte, some shimmer & one stunning pressed glitter.
The Morphe website doesn’t appear to give any claims about how the shadows will perform at all.
It’s no secret that Morphe eye-shadows are pretty impressive, so of course this palette is no different. Each shade has tonnes of pigment and apply beautifully to the eyelids. I have found that the mattes aren’t patchy either – They’re so so easy to buff out for a flawless blend. The shimmers are nice too; I always use a finger for shimmer shades & with these you do need 2 layers for them to pack the best punch. A setting spray makes them more intense too. The glitter ‘Millions’ needs a glitter glue, personally I love the NYX one as it’s affordable and works well.
The shade selection is gorgeous – there’s some amazing bright shades and I’m particularly obsessed with the pinks (of course). There’s also shades in there to create a more natural every day look. So you can go from day to night easily!
Over all I think this Morphe x Jeffree Star palette is such a beautiful one – it is versatile and performs well.
What do you think?
