Hey everyone, how are you doing? This best of Too Faced post was due to go live yesterday, but since it was #blackouttuesday, I decided to not post until today. I’m sure everyone is aware what is currently going on in America. We have a fight on our hands so make sure your voice is heard, and you sign petitions and donate if you can! Black lives matter. And I can’t believe in 2020 we are still fighting this fight.
For today’s post I am going to share with you my favourites products from Too Faced. Too Faced is probably one of my favourite brands, and one of the brands I own the most products from. I love the quality, and the aesthetic! I only really started to discover their products about a year ago, so I am very late to the party. But at least I arrived!
Hangover Replenishing Face Primer £26
This nourishing primer is perfect for my normal to dry skin. It feels like a moisturiser when you apply, and they are my favourite type of primers to prep the skin and allow for flawless makeup application! Everything looks much smoother on top. I love that this primer has ingredients that are great for the skin too, such as coconut water (this is in lots of Too Faced products), probiotics, and skin revivers!
Born This Way Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer £25
This concealer is absolutely a ride or die product for me. Since purchasing this for the first time, I have barely used any other concealer. You get more product in this one than you do with most other concealers (15ml) , which is why it is a little more pricey. But one tube lasts so long! If you’re into full coverage, but NOT matte and drying, then this one is for you! It’s super creamy and looks flawless. It somehow manages to cover everything, including my awful dark circles. Not only is this amazing to conceal, it is also the perfect cream contour / bronzer. I have a deeper shade (Honey) to do this with, and I wouldn’t go back to just powder ever! If there’s one product you try from this post, I think it should be this!
Fruit Cocktail Blush Duo in Berries & Bubbly £25
I don’t hear much hype about this one, but it is such a stunning product. It is a Boots exclusive, so if you’re struggling to find it, try Boots! It contains a blush and a highlight. Both powders are super pigmented. The blush is a beautiful pinky peach shade that really warms up the face nicely. The highlight is blinding, but also does contain glitters. I like this as it’s not too much glitter, but I know some people aren’t a fan. Honestly if you are in store, check this out! £25 for a duo from Too Facd isn’t too bad if you ask me.
Better Than Sex Mascara £22
This mascara is already such a cult favourite, but for good reason! You can achieve fluttery, voluminous lashes with this one. I don’t have a problem with this mascara flaking or smudging, which is great for me as lots of mascaras I have tried do that. The applicator is shaped like an hourglass which lets you easily catch every little lash for the most curled voluminous lashes ever. I reach for this mascara most days, and it is de-throned the Maybelline lash sensational (though I still love that too!)
Pillow Balm Nourishing Lip Treatment £18
The last product I am mentioning in this post is actually skin care. Too Faced launched new skincare products not too long ago, and I was lucky enough to receive this one from a work beauty conference. This balm makes the lips unbelievably soft and nourished, completely ready for lipstick application, or just to leave as they are! I love how long this stays on the lips. Many lip balms seem to soak in so quickly that my lips don’t feel moisturised any more after no time at all. That doesn’t happen with this. It also gives you that minty sensation on the lips, which I love.
