Hi everyone, it’s time for an empties post again! I feel like there hasn’t been quite as much time as usual between this post and my last empties post, so maybe I went through things a little quicker than before. Either way, I definitely have enough stuff here to discuss. I love writing empties posts, so I hope you like reading them.
Sanctuary Spa Cloudberry & Lychee Blossom Body Scrub
I picked this up at a beauty outlet a while back and only recently finally finished it up! It was a decent scrub but nothing special. I found the texture to be quite sticky and gloopy so it was fairly hard to rinse off. However, the scrub particles are good and they leave you feeling soft.
Repurchase? I think it’s been discontinued but no anyway.
Palmolive Feel Glamorous Shower Gel (£2.19)
I’ve had this shower gel plenty times before, it’s just easy to pick up, affordable and does the job well. There’s not much to say about a shower gel really is there?
Repurchase? Yes more than likely.
Shea Moisture Hydrating Body Wash (£11)
This was #gifted not too long back. I really enjoyed this body wash as it was creamy and definitely hydrating, so my skin felt really nice after using it. It was a thinner texture considering how creamy it felt on the skin.
Repurchase? Yes if I see it in a store.
Rituals The Ritual of Sakura Foaming Body Wash & Hand Wash
Rituals is a brand I haven’t used too much from, but it is a brand I’m really interested in! They have different ranges which each are named after a different ritual, and each range has an amazing scent! They really focus on scent and relaxation. I got a set of minis from a work beauty conference in March. I have used up these two and I really enjoyed both. This scent is incredible. I definitely want to discover more from the brand.
Repurchase? Yes I would.
got2be Dry Shampoo Extra Fresh (£2.99 for 200ml)
When it comes to dry shampoo I tend to be loyal to Batiste as I have tried a couple other options which just haven’t performed as good. However, I am pretty impressed with this got2be one. It definitely does make the hair appear and feel fresher. You do have to use quite a lot of it to achieve that, but it has a good price point and it does work!
Garnier Moisture Bomb Pomegranate Hydrating Sheet Mask (£2.99)
These sheet masks have featured in a couple of my empties posts now. I really enjoy these when my skin feels dry and dehydrated and in need of a boost. They revive the skin so much and make my face feel refreshed. I don’t use them too often but when I do I love it.
Nivea Blueberry Blush Lip Butter
I got this one in a little set a while back and I’ve finished it all finally.. they take so long to get through! This one is good enough. I just like to have a standard balm on my bed side table. I can’t actually find this for sale anywhere online.
Repurchase? I have so many lip balms, so no.
Ole Henriksen Truth Juice Daily Cleanser Mini (£22 for 150ml)
This is such a small mini, but I did get more uses out of this than I thought I would! I was happy to try this out when I got it at a work training day, as the Ole Henriksen foaming cleanser that I love has been discontinued. This one is more of a gel creme that lathers up. It feels luxurious and my skin felt brighter and refreshed without feeling stripped. Because of the formula it does feel much different than my much loved foaming version from the brand, but I was actually happily surprised.
Repurchase? Quite possibly when I’ve used the foaming cleanser up.
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid (£5.90)
I’m sure you’ve already heard so much about this product. It’s such a firm fave! Hyaluronic acid is a great ingredient to hydrate the skin on a deeper level, leading to healthy plump skin, so it is an ingredient I like to include in my routine. I love how simple this is, just a couple drops before moisturiser and you’re done.

Morphe Continuous Setting Mist (£15)
This setting spray has featured in my empties before, and I’m sure it will appear again too! This is my go to setting spray. The continuous mist is perfect, and it melts makeup into the skin so nicely making everything look skin like and meshed together.
Rimmel Rita Ora Nail Polish
I’ve had this one for ages now and it’s gone kind of gloopy… I had used over half of it up. I don’t use nail polish all that often, specially not anymore. But I do use it on my toes. This pale pink was a go to for a long time. I find Rimmel polish to be just as good as Essie etc.
Repurchase? Think the shade is discontinued.
Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer (£4.19)
I’ve lost count on how many of these I’ve been through. I always have one or two in my makeup collection. I used to use this under my eyes and on blemishes, but these days I only use it on my eyelids as an eye primer, since I have a lot of veins and darkness on my lids. It covers well and leaves a good base.
Repurchase? Already have a couple.
Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation (£34)
This has been my ride or die foundation for a very long time, and although I now love and use loads of other foundations too, I will always always have one of these in my collection. I’ve spoke about this in plenty empties posts. This foundation is amazing when you want something long lasting and flawless. This one is in the shade cool bone, which I’ve always used but I’ve noticed it’s kind of too pink, so I’ve opted for a new shade with the new bottle.
Repurchase? Already have.
Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara (£22)
I was a bit late to the bandwagon with this mascara. It’s spoken about a lot and I personally really loved it! I found it gave me a good amount of volume and curl, without being clumpy. It also didn’t transfer onto my eyelid which is great as so many mascara’s do that. I currently have another one in my makeup collection unopened, but for now I am using another Too Faced mascara, Damn Girl. Although Damn Girl is a decent mascara, I do prefer this one.
Repurchase? Already have another.
Benefit Bad Gal Lash Mascara (£20)
I think this mascara is pretty under rated! It’s not spoken about anywhere near as much as the other Benefit mascaras but from what I’ve tried this is my favourite one. This gives me such fluttery lashes that look super full and pretty. It doesn’t do anything too crazy, like giving me thick black lashes and it looks slightly more natural, but I love that and sometimes that’s what I want to achieve.
Repurchase? When I’ve got through a bunch of unopened mascaras I have.
Function of Beauty Shampoo & Conditioner
You’ve probably heard of this brand as a lot of influencers have been talking about it offering discount codes. I definitely was drawn into the hype and used Eleanor Neale’s discount code a while ago. I am really glad I did though as I have really loved using it! My hair feels healthier. It’s pricey but it does last a long time, so if you feel like splurging it’s a good way to do so.
Repurchase? Already have.
Joico Moisture Recovery Shampoo & Conditioner Minis
This duo was gifted a while back. I actually really enjoyed using it and it was definitely moisturising for my hair. I would like to try the full size bottles to see any lasting affects, but Joico seems a little harder to pick up in store in the UK unfortunately.
Repurchase? If I see it anywhere.
That’s all for this empties post! Have you used any of these things? What products have you finished up lately? Let me know in the comments below!
