Makeup Look Using Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Palette

Happy new year!! Wishing you all the best for 2019, and I hope 2018 was good to you too. Thanks so much for all the support in 2018, and I’m really excited for what 2019 will bring me, in regards of finding myself a perfect job, and focusing on my blog more too.

Today I wanted to share a look which I created using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Palette. You may know, I received this palette as a gift for Christmas and I have been loving playing around with it. If you want to know what products went into creating the entire look, keep reading!

Step One – Base: I used the NYX Honey Dew Me Up primer (£15) to give a nice base to my skin, and to add a healthy glow. I then went in with the Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation (£33.50) using my Real Techniques buffer brush.

Step Two – Eyes: With a Morphe angled brush and spoolie, I filled in my brows using the ABH dipbrow pomade (£19). I used a bit of deep brown eyeshadow from the Morphe Bronzed Mocha palette (£19) to darken my brows a little. I set them in place using the L’oreal Brow Artist Plumper (£6.99). I applied Collection Lasting Perfection concealer (£4.19) all over my eyelid as a base for eyeshadow. Next I went into the Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism palette (£43). I applied the shade ‘Unity’ all over my eyelid using a Morphe s27 brush. Then using the same brush I applied ‘Saturn’ in my crease, focusing mostly on the outer parts of my eyelid. Once I had blended this and added a lot of pigment, I used a little of the Collection concealer on a flat eyeshadow brush on the inner half of my eyelid. Then with my finger I used the shade ‘Eternal’ on the section I had put concealer on. I also added a tiny bit of ‘Pyramid’ onto the centre of my lid. Then with a Morphe s12 I deepened the outer corner with a small amount of ‘Parallel’. I then used the Wet N Wild Felt Tip Eyeliner (£4) to create a small wing. I curled my lashes, added a bit of Max Factor False Lash Epic mascara (£11.99), then I applied Eyelure Exaggerate lashes No. 146 (£5.49).

Step Three – Finishing: I applied Nars Soft Matte Complete Concealer (£24) under my eyes, down and around my nose and on the centre of my forehead using a Morphe s4 brush. I then set my face with the Max Factor Creme Puff Powder (£6.99) on a big fluffy brush. Then I took the Zoeva Contour Spectrum palette (£15) and used the cooler shade on a Morphe s13 brush to carve out my cheek bones, and the warmer shade as a bronzer. Next I took a Real Techniques contour brush and applied the Rimmel Lasting Finish blush in the shade Santa Rose (£3.99). I used the gold highlighter from the Revolution x Soph x Palette (£8) and applied it with a Morphe s26 brush. I then used a mixture of three lipsticks (a bit excessive I know…) but I firstly applied Mac Please Me (£17.50) then Basic Bitch in Peach Perfect (£23) and finally NYX Suede Matte Lipstick in Rose The Day (£8).

That’s the completed look! I was super impressed with the ABH Prism palette – it blended like a dream! & I think the overall look was such a nice one. Let me know what you think in the comments below.
